Its the start of a new year at SEA and after SEA growing rapidly throughout 2018 we are on the look out for more staff.

SEA work within the deaf community so all of our staff need to have BSL skills (level 2 desired). Therefore, our jobs are highly accessible for deaf people and we encourage deaf applicants.

If you are interested but don’t think you have enough training for the job still get in touch.

SEA pride themselves on inspiring their staff to progress and encourage self development. We provide training from qualifications in First Aid to Health and Social Care diplomas. Take a look at our Training at SEA blog.

Job Opportunities

We have opportunities for individuals to work permanently for SEA or as bank staff. We also offer flexible working and have availability for full / part time work.

SEA also offer carer progression where employees may start as a Support Worker then can work up to being a Key Worker for a specific client or becoming a Senior Support Worker. Furthermore, some of our Support Workers have progressed to being Deputy Team Leaders and Team Leaders.
