BSL Domiciliary Care
Many deaf people who have domiciliary care have traditionally been provided with staff who have no understanding of deafness. Furthermore, not able to understand BSL. At SEA Recruitment we only employ staff that are fluent in sign language. This ensures that communication is never a problem. As a result, our staff are able to identify any health or safeguarding risks in a timely manner.
We are able to offer friendly, reliable and affordable support to people in their own homes. Moreover, SEA are flexible in offering choice of carers, visit times and can adapt to our clients ever changing needs. We support people with a variety of differing needs including Deaf people with medical and complex needs, challenging behaviours, learning disability and dementia.
Keyworkers complete a compatibility assessment with clients. This is to ensure that staff with the right skills and training are matched with you to meet your needs. Above all, you can have a say in the choice of staff who support you and we always listen to your views and feedback.
